VA Wounded Warrior Receives New Home
"We are still in awe that we were chosed to receive this huge blessing. Saying thank you does not seem adequate. What you have helped give us is a dream come true. Without your selflessness and willingness to volunteer we may never have had this opportunity to own a beautiful home."
These are the sentiments of David, Jennifer and Conner Phillippe, who received a brand new home on July 2nd courtesy of God's Pit Crew in Danville, VA and scores of local volunteers from VA and NC who came together to provide this fully furnished home, build from the ground up, for this wounded warrior's family.
Operation Homefront was blessed to be a partner in this event and continues to serve our military families across the southern half of the State of VA. Our thanks go out to David and Jennifer for their service to our country and we wish them many years of happiness in their new home.
