Star-Spangled Babies

Operation Homefront - Virginias announces Star-Spangled Babies 2013, a
baby shower for our military moms. Eligible participants must have
delivered or be expecting to deliver a baby between 4 May 2013 and 1
November 2013 . The Moms can be active duty or the spouse of an active
duty service member or guard/reserve member on Title 10 orders in pay
grades E6 or below or a wounded warrior or spouse of a wounded warrior
of any rank.
