Projects Coordinator
Project coordinators enjoy seeing faces light up with happiness. They ensure donations get to our families. This includes registering, tracking and distributing donated items in a timely manner. Donations Coordinator
Donations coordinator works hand-in-hand with local businesses, corporations and other organizations to obtain product or service donations and financial support for local military families. The donations coordinator works with incoming donations to maximize the impact of the donation and solicits donations through personal visits, writing letters and phone calls within the business and retail community. Donations include food, gift cards, toys, financial support and more.

Client Service Representative (CSR)
Client service representatives (CSRs) interact with our clients on a personal level to assess the client’s needs and how Operation Homefront can meet them. CSRs also interact with donors and service providers regularly. Areas requiring dedicated CSRs are emergency financial assistance, car repair, furniture, food assistance, computers and communications, vehicle donations, home, and appliance repairs. Operation Homefront CSRs are required to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism. They are required to pass a background check and sign a code of ethics agreement. This is a flexible position that allows you to work from home and set your own hours depending on caseload.

Administrative Support
Are you good with databases, Excel spreadsheets, writing memorandums, standard operating procedures or just keeping track of administrative documents? Then being on our administrative support team is the position for you. We are always looking for people to help update the much-needed administrative support of our case workers and staff members. This job is a behind-the-scenes position that allows our client services representatives time to interact with the clients to ensure we are meeting everyone’s needs in a timely manner.
