Food Bank Coordinator
The Food Bank Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the food bank distribution program at OH Village. Duties include traveling to and from the San Antonio Food Bank to pick up boxes of food and distribute to OH Village residents. The ideal candidate must have good working transportation and adequate storage space to haul 15-20 boxes at a time to and from the Food Bank facility. The Food Bank Coordinator will need to work every Wednesday which is the scheduled Food Bank pick up date.

Volunteer Counselor Needed 1-2 times weekly
Professional Counselor needed to volunteer time 1-2 times weekly to assist wounded warriors and/or their families at Operation Homefront San Antonio Village.

Resident Retention Coordinator
Resident Retention Coordinators are responsible for making weekly contact with OH Village residents to follow up on maintenance issues, counseling needs, and to remind residents of classes for which they have signed up. Assists Village Director with creating flyers for upcoming events for residents.

Facilities Support Volunteer
Do you enjoy fixing things or putting them together? Operation Homefront’s Village, that serves those service members that have been wounded in combat, is looking for a person to volunteer to help with general facility maintenance. This person would assist the Village Manager by repairing furniture, painting rooms, hanging shelves, moving items and other miscellaneous tasks.
