NEW ORLEANS – Operation Homefront of Louisiana, the non-profit that provides emergency financial and other assistance to service members, wounded warriors and their families who reside in Louisiana, will receive 10 percent of Hornets season tickets generated by the organization.  The New Orleans Hornets want to do their part in helping out the military families in Louisiana, and the donations will benefit these families.  Individuals or families interested in purchasing Hornets season tickets should reference the special code “Homefront” when purchasing their season tickets.

Depending on the location of the seats, the prices can range from $580 to $54,180, and a military discount is provided year round.  New to this season, the Hornets will also buy back up to 10 games that will be credited towards the 2012-13 season.  As a season ticket holder, some of the benefits members will receive include first rights to playoff tickets, flexible payment options, and invitations to exclusive season ticket holder events.

“We are proud to work with such a wonderful sports franchise that cares about helping Louisiana military families,” said Tawney Tallo, Executive Director of Operation Homefront – Louisiana. “This is a wonderful opportunity for the people of Louisiana to come together and enjoy a great season of basketball, while helping  to make our services stronger and assisting military families in need.
