Marine Marries and Gets A Home, Thanks To Chase and Operation Homefront
Armed Forces Day brought with it a big weekend for the Buckmons. This couple was flown to San Antonio and given a very special wedding on beautiful Marriage Island on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, courtesy of Operation Homefront. But it didn't end there. Marine Sgt. Keith Buckmon and his beautiful wife Damaris were given a home later that day at a concert hosted by Operation Homefront for Armed Forces Day. The home was donated as part of the Homes on the Homefront program, a partnership between Operation Homefront and
Chase.
Buckmon, a wounded warrior, and his wife were residents in our Operation Homefront Village in Bethesda, Maryland. But soon they will be moving into a home of their own.
