Georgia Military Wives Get Valentine Makeovers
Operation Homefront Georgia made Valentine’s a special day for several military wives and moms with a special event called You Light Up My Life. They asked Defense Video Imagery & Distribution System (DVIDS) to video troops sending a Valentine’s Day message to their wife or mother explaining why they would like them to receive a day at the spa.
Three women were chosen to receive a free lunch, a day at the spa, a beautiful flower bouquet with the video from their loved one. In addition, seven women received a DVD with the message from their loved one and a gift card from T.J. Maxx. Thanks to local Atlanta merchants Zeba Salon & Spa, Luxury Nails, Massage Envy, florist Maud Baker, T.J. Maxx and Houlihan’s.
