Operation Homefront Recognized by U.S. Army
At Operation Homefront, we thank those who serve in the military a lot...but never enough...considering the sacrifices they make. This week the tables turned. The U.S. Army showed us some appreciation. Maj. Gen. Michael S. Linnington, commander of the Joint Force Headquarters - National Capital Region and the U.S. Army Military District of Washington presented our President and CEO Jim Knotts with a Certificate of Appreciation during a ceremony held at Fort Lesley J. McNair on March 8. It's very humbling to be thanked by those whom we work so hard to serve and are so deserving of our support.
