The Slater Foundation Welcomes Operation Homefront to Boston
The Slater Foundation graciously hosted a special evening to welcome Operation Homefront as it opens a new office in Boston to serve New England military families. The event was supported by many local dignitaries including Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick.
In addition to hosting the event, The Slater Foundation generously
donated $25,000 to support the new field office to support military
families in the area. Founded in 1998, The Slater Foundation funds efforts at the
institutional level, as well as local grassroots organizations in
Massachusetts.
