Previously deployed Navy Service Member who is struggling with own illness that is causing paralysis was already burdened with two special needs children who need extra attention. Gas to get to multiple doctor appointments for all family memebers is draining their finances. The family lives over an hour away from the hospital and the miles are adding up. The family is in need of assistance not only to offset the cost of gas but to provide food assistance which has suffered during this stressful time.
