Creative ways to support military families
Two local businesses in La Crosse, WI found a creative way to raise some money to support Operation Homefront Central Midwest.
Carquest and Marine Credit Union employees charged people to park in their parking lot for the big Oktoberfest parade in La Crosse, WI and they raised $433 for their morning’s work. They said they have a heart for our military and wanted to do something to help. What a great example of business sponsorship and folks using their creativity and time to support our troops and families.
