Military Child of the Year®
Operation Homefront supports every military family member. We
annually host a Military Child of the Year Award, with one winner from each
branch of military service, receiving a monetary stipend and a trip to
Washington, D.C. for a special recognition ceremony.

families demonstrate leadership within their families and within their
communities. This is what the Military Child of the Year® Award honors,” said
